How do I clock in?

Open the HR Portal from the sidebar, then tap Attendance. You will see a large clock-in button at the top. Your location may be verified if your employer has enabled geofencing.

How do I request leave?

Go to the HR Portal, select Leave, then tap Request Leave. Choose your leave type, pick the dates, and submit. Your manager will be notified automatically.

How do I use Jeeves?

Type @Jeeves in any channel followed by your question. You can also tap the microphone icon to speak to Jeeves. It can summarise chats, check leave balances, schedule meetings, and more.

How do I create a task?

Type /task in any chat to create a task inline. You can also go to the Tasks page from the sidebar for a full board view with priorities, assignees, and due dates.

Can I see what data is collected about me?

Yes. Go to My Productivity in the sidebar. You will see your activity logs, focus scores, screenshots (if enabled), and attendance records. This is the same data your admin sees.

How do I change my status?

Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, then go to Settings. You can set a custom status, change your availability (online, away, busy, offline), or set quiet hours.

How do I pin a channel?

Right-click (or long-press on mobile) any channel in the sidebar, then select Pin to top. Pinned channels will always appear at the top of your channel list for quick access.

How do I share a file?

Drag and drop any file into a chat, or click the attachment icon next to the message input. You can share documents, images, and files up to 100MB. Files are searchable and accessible from the channel's Files tab.
