Chat, calls, tasks, calendar, rosters and clocking on cost nothing, for up to 25 people. You pay when you want the employer tooling: award interpretation, payroll export, team analytics and monitoring.
Everything a team needs to work together, at no cost.
Adds the pay side: award interpretation and payroll export.
Adds visibility across the team, and monitoring where it is required.
Monitoring is optional, configured per person, and disclosed to the employee before anything is captured.
For larger workforces, several entities, or specific obligations.
Prices in Australian dollars, excluding GST. Subscribing to two or more paid MyAndGo products applies a 20% bundle discount automatically.
Clocking on, and your own attendance record. These are never behind a paywall on any plan, including a lapsed one. Your pay is calculated from that record, and a timesheet that becomes unreachable during a pay run is a Fair Work problem rather than a billing one. Interpreting a shift against an award is the paid part. The record itself is not.
Connecting your accounting system. You can wire up Xero or MYOB and map your employees on the free plan. Sending hours through to payroll is the paid action.
Yes. No time limit and no card. It covers up to 25 people with chat, calls, tasks, calendar, rosters, clocking on and your own productivity view.
You are told before it becomes a problem, and nothing is deleted. You would move to a paid plan to add the next person.
Yes. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial, and administrators can be given a longer trial of a specific feature where it makes sense.
You are charged per person who has an account. People who never sign in are not billed.
No. Monitoring is off unless an administrator turns it on, it is set per person rather than for the whole workforce, and the employee is shown a disclosure before anything is captured.
Your data stays, and the paid features stop. Chat, clocking on and everyone’s own attendance record keep working.
