WorkAndGo came out of running Australian businesses and being unable to find one tool that handled both the talking and the rostering without lying about the hours.
Most teams end up with a chat app for the conversation, a rostering tool for the week, a timesheet system for the hours and a spreadsheet where somebody works out what those hours are worth. Each handover between them is a place where the number can change, and the person who notices is usually the employee, well after the fact.
WorkAndGo puts the conversation, the roster and the clock in the same place, so the pay calculation is done against the real record rather than a copy of it. That is the whole idea, and everything else is in service of it.
All of it stays in Australia. The database, the file storage and the AI that powers Jeeves all run in the Sydney region, and nothing is transferred to another region. For a business handling employee records and attendance data, we think that should be a fact rather than a setting.
We operate under the Australian Privacy Principles. What is captured, and whether anything is captured at all, is decided per organisation and per person, and monitoring is off by default.
WorkAndGo is one product in the MyAndGo platform, alongside e-signature, data rooms, CRM, booking, inspections, accounting and marketing tools. One sign-in, one subscription and one set of organisations across all of them. You can use WorkAndGo entirely on its own.
